Extended Day Program

                                                          Westminster Christian School

BEFORE and AFTER SCHOOL CHILD CARE (K – 12)

Time Before School:            7:00 – 7:30 AM

Time After School:               3:00 – 5:45 PM

Activities Before School:    (K-12) Unstructured quiet time, devotions, unfinished 

                                                homework, board games, art projects.

Activities After School:      Homework, games, story time, outside free play (K-5^th),

                                                videos, computer time, crafts, art projects.

Snacks   Before School:      None provided.  Feel free to send from home.

After School:       Light snack provided will be provided (K-5^th).

Check In/Out Procedures:  Parents must log in attendance each morning and must log

                                out each afternoon.  If individuals other than parents are to

                                pick-up, prior notification will be required.

Drop Off/ Pick Up                Drop Off:  Upper level parking lot.

Locations:                             Pick-Up: Lower level parking lot / playground area.

Before and

After Care Charges:             Pre-arranged monthly use will cost $5.00/hour and $1.00 per each quarter hour

                                                during scheduled hours (one hour minimum).  Athletes who are using this service                        

                                                before practice or a game situation will not be charged for this service.

Drop-in use will cost $6.00/hour and $1.50 per each quarter hour during scheduled hours.

Late Pick Up Fees:               Overtime fees of $5.00 for first 5 minutes and $1.00 for each

                                                minute thereafter.

Registration:                         Monthly use forms will be available on Registration Day and on Renweb. 

Miscellaneous:                     - No before or after school care will be offered on days

                                                when classes are not in session.

                                                - No after school care will be provided on half days of classes. 

                                                - Please, no sick children.  Parents of sick children will be

                                                contacted to have their children picked up as immediately

                                                as possible.

IMPORTANT:  ALL students dropped off PRIOR to 7:30 AM and not picked up PRIOR to 3:15 PM will AUTOMATICALLY be logged into this paid childcare program.
