Referral Reward Program

The objective of this program to is encourage the recruitment of new students and serve as a way of rewarding present WCS families involved in the recruitment process with a student tuition reduction.

Who is eligible?

Program is open to all tuition-paying WCS families.

Referral Reward will be paid for the family who has not been previously enrolled in WCS.

Prospective student/family must clearly identify the referring party in order for the referrer to receive tuition reduction.

This promotion is subject to school and class openings.

This is for students (K-12) enrolled prior to September 15 and is not applicable to students transferring in mid-year.

Amount of Referral Reward:

$300 per accepted referral.  (Only applicable to students enrolled Kindergarten-12th grade.)

Nature of the Referral Reward

Total amount of rewarded tuition reduction shall not exceed total cost of tuition.

Referral Reward is on a per family basis; for example, if a family has three children to be enrolled in WCS, there would only be a $300 reward payment per that referral.

Once the student has been accepted and registered, the Referral Reward will be applied to the tuition account after 30 days of the new student’s school attendance.

Incoming family must identify referrer through the application and interview process.
