Your VOiCe (Volunteer Organization Committee)

Athletics Coordinator- The athletics department has seen many changes since the gym has been built which has created a need for coordination of the many aspects involved from concessions to coaches.  The coordination of volunteers is essential to the success of this program.  Please join Lesa Flickinger as she takes on this task.  You may contact Lesa at voiceathletics@westminsterchristian.org to volunteer for any of the opportunities listed under athletic support.  Your suggestions and help are needed, so raise your voice today.

Staff Coordinator- The staff coordinator will assist parents and staff with consistency in our volunteer efforts.  This will streamline the process for volunteering in the classroom.  We are also look at trying several different ideas to boost the support to the teacher and administration.  If you can assist with this important endeavor please raise your voice by emailing voicestaff@westminsterchristian.org .

Volunteer Coordinator- Developing a structure and assisting the coordinators in implementing new procedures is a must to ensure everyone is moving in the same direction.  This involves the organization of volunteer records, support of each coordinator and communication to the administration.
